- We will ensure our technology is always accessible to democratic institutions that safeguard our freedoms
- We ourselves will not develop weaponized technologies (like warheads) or technologies where principal purposes are to cause injury to people
- We will only collaborate with governments that are democratically elected and uphold a free press
- We will not engage with technologies that violate widely accepted principles of international law and human rights
